Sales & Operations Coordinator (Temporary – 3 Months)
Part-Time. 25 hours per week | Fully Onsite | Portland, OR Headquarters

Voodoo Doughnut is looking for a high-energy, highly organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to jump in and help power the next phase of growth for our business. This is a temporary 3-month full-time role based onsite at our Portland headquarters, ideal for someone who loves people, operations, customer experience, and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.
This role was created with one big goal:
Free up store teams, improve efficiency, and capture untapped revenue opportunities.
In other words — you’ll be the glue that connects sales, operations, events, and customer support into one seamless experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Mobile Operations Support (Voodoo Van)
Own the end-to-end coordination of our mobile/event operations, including:
• Scheduling and logistics
• COI and compliance coordination
• Payment processing
• Event execution support
• Partnering with field teams to keep event days running smoothly
Omnichannel Sales Support
Become the go-to support hub for:
• Custom Orders
• Internet Sales
• EzCater orders
• Toast troubleshooting and order entry support
You’ll help maintain brand consistency, reduce operational errors, and support stores with fast, accurate guidance.
Customer Experience & Lead Support
You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customers through hotline and digital channels, helping create a premium customer experience while turning inquiries into opportunities.
• Apply sound judgment to implement immediate solutions aligned with Voodoo Doughnut’s hospitality standards
• Research, document, and resolve guest cases from multiple channels including web, phone, social, online review sites, email, etc.
Who You Are
• Friendly, personable, and confident communicating with customers and teams
• Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once
• A proactive problem-solver who likes making systems better
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn platforms and processes
• Someone with strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience in operations, hospitality, catering, retail, or sales support
• Familiarity with Toast, catering platforms, or event coordination
• A customer-first mindset and a “jump in wherever needed” attitude
